CLASSES

Here at CSP Seven Hills, we offer 3 different classes. These include Strength, Performance and Cardio Club.

STRENGTH

Strength is a 60 minute class, with a focus on building overall muscular strength and power through more specific main and accessory movements.

Each session begins with a specialised warm-up, and progresses into specific strength movements, with a focus on movement technique and efficiency.

PERFORMANCE

Performance is a 60 minute class with a focus on becoming stronger, improving fitness and learning new skills, such as Gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifting.

Each session begins with a warm-up, and moves into the main strength and accessory work. Each class will finish up with a conditioning piece, aimed at improving overall fitness.

CARDIO CLUB

Cardio Club is a 60 minute, cardio based session. There is a strong focus on building and developing aerobic capacity through fast paced, intense workouts, aimed to increase the heart rate and improve overall fitness.
